Mr. Kustka is an Associate in the Boston office. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, transaction execution, and portfolio company support.

He was previously with Ampersand Ventures, a private equity firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. At Ampersand, he focused on investment opportunities in the healthcare and industrial sectors.  Prior to that, Mr. Kustka was at C.W. Downer & Co., a boutique investment bank, where he participated in buy and sell-side M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, including health & wellness, aerospace & defense, and business services.

Mr. Kustka earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science at Northwestern University. He currently lives in Newton, Massachusetts.
