Gainshare Media was formed by Sverica in 2002 to acquire, organize and operate leading industry conferences and tradeshows.

Gainshare subsequently acquired The Super Floral Show and Administrative Professionals Conference, and invested in both events by creating new show content, pursuing new customer segments, improving the marketing of the shows, and hiring a seasoned management team to manage operations. Sverica sold both events in 2005 to a privately-held media concern in a cash transaction, realizing an attractive return for Sverica's investors.
