Mentor, OH – May 2, 2008 – Sverica International has acquired the assets of MC Sign Company (“MC Sign”), a leading national outsourced provider of sign installation programs and maintenance services based in Mentor, Ohio. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
MC Sign provides large scale (150+ location) new sign construction programs, sign conversion / lighting technology retrofit programs, and general sign repair and lighting maintenance services. The company’s experienced project managers and call center customer service representatives ensure timely, cost-effective installation and maintenance of outdoor sign and lighting. Through proprietary software, MC Sign’s infrastructure backbone gives it an unparalleled edge in effectively managing the needs of national sign programs.
