Focus

Since the Firm’s founding in 1993 our focus has been on middle market owner operated businesses.  Having operated and invested in middle market enterprises for most of our careers, we believe that this sector presents the greatest opportunity for our team to leverage our knowledge.  The growth and strength of our portfolio companies continues to be the greatest testament to this thesis.


Certainty of Closing

Although we look to structure some level of prudent debt in our portfolio companies we have the flexibility to move quickly to a close without external financing contingencies.
